Verde Electrical Systems (VES) is a new and aggressive company focused on lighting and lighting related product sales in the southwest. VES is a Division of Young Power Equipment which is a Utility Representative Firm specializing in electrical Transmission and Distribution product lines. Young Power Equipment has been in business since 1948 and its owner and principal helped start VES in 2006. During the course of business Verde Electrical Systems Inc. was introduced to El Paso Lighting in Texas, Verde Electrical Systems Inc and El Paso Lighting merged to create Verde Electrical Systems LLC in 2008. The new company will continue to cover Arizona, New Mexico / El Paso and the state of Nevada. The goal of the company is to have a well educated and diverse sales force to establish relationships in the lighting industry and follow the same philosophies that made Young Power Equipment so successful in the same territories working with utilities and electrical distribution. Verde Electrical Systems and Young Power Equipment will work together to help our customers with their project needs relating to these two companies. Although each company will have a separate and completely dedicated sales force the sharing of knowledge in regards to customer relationships, projects and future construction will help both companies grow, this business model will also help the manufacturers we represent increase revenues and stay ahead of our competitors. VES LLC has taken great strides in creating a company that will be in business for many years to come. Our sales staff is both experienced and dedicated to the customer. VES LLC has incorporated redundancy in regards to revenues, sales people and leadership. Even the ownership of VES is diversified and redundant with three principals as of today.
